What a beautiful weekend we had here in Pensacola. We shoved off from the dock around 4:30pm on Friday and headed to Ft. McRee. The temp was great over Friday night. Made it sailing today, but there was virtually no wind. It was probably around 4 knot winds to start, which carried us over to around Ft. Pickens, but then it died down to nothing, so we ended up motoring back. It was a day on the water though, so I can’t really complain. Hopefully Ike [...]
Below are photos taken at our marina on Sept 1. We sustained no damage as a result of the storm, but it sure did look nasty. The water level took a few days to subside.
